The Beal Escaper Allows You To Rappel A Full Rope Length With Only One Rope And Release The Rope From The Anchor With No Tag Line. The Escaper Holds Tight To Your Rope While Loaded, Then Pulling The Rope A Minimum Of 8 Times When You’Re On The Ground Will Release The “Finger-Trap” Style Prusik Wrap, Allowing You To Pull Your Rope Through The Anchors. It Can Be Used With All Rope Diameters From 7.3Mm Up.
